Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Restoring Rights after misdemanor expungement
I was convicted of two felony charges in 2003, I was recently granted early termination of probation. In addition I had my felonys reduced to misdemeanors and dismissed as misdemeanors. What do I have to do to get my rights to vote, and own firearms reinstated? these were my only felony convictions.

Re: Restoring Rights after misdemanor expungement
To do so requires motions to the court, supported by facts, evidence and arguments sufficient to convince the court to do so. There is more likelihood of restoring voting rights than gun rights. Contact me to discuss the facts and costs if interested in pursuing this.
