restraining order for residental nuisance
there is a gal that noone wants at our residence and who keeps appearing on our doorstep in the wee hours of the morning just standing there. she's been asked repeatedly to leave and not come back. even phycically removed from the property and won't cop a clue. what can i do?

Call the police and tell them you think she is a danger to you or a threat to herself, mental case?
If you want to spend the money to get a restraining order against her, call an attorney.
