Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
restraining order/domestic violence/felony
i need assistance regarding dropping all charges against my husband. on 3/06 i put a restraing order on him and i have called the cops on him 4times. he never has hurt me but the state picked up charges and now the ''state'' will not allow us to reside together. We are working things
out his next court date is 12/15.,but he now has probation officer forbidding us to even talk. I feel this has gone way over board and want to help get charges dropped we have been under much stress and we want to put this behind us and move on with our lives--name removed--Unfortunetly a third party a male has also been involved and he will not cooperate. I want to save my marriage--name removed--we are living on pins and needles. CAN ANYONE HELP?????

With that history of police call outs, you have little credibility with the court system now. With a good attorney, and good supporting witnesses, you have a slim shot at him avoiding jail. Feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and realities if you are serious about having legal counsel.
