Re: revolking bail

Why does he refuse to see his PD? Does he not like him? Maybe you should consider hiring a private attorney that he likes and feels confortable with.

Also, let him know what he is doing to his family.

Feel free to let me know if you would like to discuss this further. Best of luck.

Let your baibondsman take him into custody.

Re: revolking bail

Your son got himself into trouble originally and it was most likely irresponsible. This is as well.

He either needs a private attorney, or you need to talk to the bail bondsmen, because they have money on the line as well.

Drag his butt to court for every appearance, or you risk losing your house.

Re: revolking bail

My first response was harsh and thinking of your best interests. I have had come accross many clients who felt that the public defender was not on their side and wanted desperately to change attorneys. They would request another public defender and find that the new PD was the same as the first. Therefore, it may be that he needs a retained attorney as he may not even have the opportunity to talk with his PD prior to the next hearing. 20 years experience. Contact me directly.

Re: revolking bail

Talk to and try to find him a good private attorney with whom he could relate and believe in. I would also impress upon him that ignoring his court date will make his situation MUCH MUCH worse.
