Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was riding in vehichle with friend[his truck] i am on parole ,prop36 He is stopped for speeding 65 in a 55 Officers searched truck and in my travel bag was small postal scale with suspected residual white powder barely enough to even see and about 14 grams of mariquana and suspected paraphnilia[glass pipe] all belonging to me . In the bed of the truck officers found 2lbs of mariquauna under toolbox, which did not belong to me. Owner of truck would notclaim what was his so they charged him with poss over 28.5 gmof mari. A misdemeaner, They charged me with poss cntr sub, paraph.and sells of mariquana I have no bail Parole hold They cited and released my so called friendon Poss over 28.5 gm and speeding. Know i find out they dropped the poss over 28.5 to a poss of less than oz,and i am still being charge Can you help???
