Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Can I become a security assistant to the sheriff but I had a misdeamenor charge for violation of the gang injunction and got put in summary probation but I' ve been doing good I' am working in Sears as a loss prevention agent I catch shoplifters and I' am also going to college I' am majoring in criminal justice getting a bachelors degree on it.

That's up to the agency, contact them. Once your probation is successfully completed, you could petition the court to try to 'expunge' the conviction, which will help you with employment - you'd get to say 'no' to convictions on applications to private employers.
