To get a 'valid' and informed answer and 'legal advice' to any such legal question, you need to actually consult with an attorney experienced in the legal area, explain what you did before and what your documation was, and explain what you want to do in CA, and have him review all your proposed documentation on the 'rules' and disclosures and advertising, to see if they comply with what is legally required in CA by the Civil Code, the Criminal Code, the Corporate Code, etc.
