Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Sealing Criminal Records Form

I am attempting to seal a misdemeanor that was dismissed a few years ago, but I am confused about a question on the form, ''Petitioner is not aware of any charges for any criminal offense in the fifteen years since the date of the final disposition of all criminal proceedings against the Defendant''. Does this mean that in order to have a case sealed, you must not have any criminal charges for any other unrelated cases? Or does this statement only pertain to criminal charges relating to the charge dismissed? So confused...
