search warrants
do the police have to show you a copy of the search warrant when they raid your house for drugs. if they dont will case be dissmissed.

Dismissed? Who told you that? They are supposed to show it to you, but will say they did, regardless of what you say. As long as they actually had one, and followed it, you better focus your efforts and thoughts on a valid defense, and a suppression motion, not wishful thinking.
