Sentence Dissmissal

Is there any way to have a sentence reversed if you show family hardship or that person sentenced needs to be out to care for elder A warrant has already been issued for my friend not herself in for sentence, Thank You so much any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

No. However, with appropriate evidence and proper motion, you may be able to persuade the court to issue a 'compassionate release' order allowing him out temporarily or early.

A motion needs to be filed to withdraw his plea, based on involuntariness or ineffective assistance of counsel. There is a time limit however.

Mr. Farshi's answer doesn't make sense; perhaps he intended it as a response to a different question. There is nothing in your question to suggest there was a plea at all, let alone that it was involuntary or the result of ineffective assistance. I suggest disregarding what he wrote.

I think Mr. Nelson may also have misread your question. Compassionate release is probably not available for defendants who never turned themselves in to serve their sentences.
