That depends on the actual charge and whether the offense if charged in the federal or state court. It could be a low as a misdemeanor up to a federal felony carrying a potential of 10 years.

Depends upon the actual charges.

If 'simple' possession, up to one year. If used or concealed during a crime, one to three years.

If equiped with 'armor piercing' ammo, three to ten years.

If a 'felon in possession' state and federal charges apply, then up to 10 years, plus more if it was concealed.

Other charges vary between those ranges, and more than one charge and penalty can apply.
