Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Severance Agreement grace period about to run out. Signed rights away to sue for unethical practices forced into by employers and volatile toxic work environment. They are now two days before seven day retraction right coming at me with questions about practices I was involved in, per their approval, but looking like I’ll be sued and take the fall, with no right to counter with a harassment and illegal culture I was forced into. Sue or accept agreement?

No sensible attorney here can or will provide you such specific legal advice, yes or no, without you personally consulting with an attorney who will need to review all the documents, evidence, claims, history, etc. before knowing what to recommend, and advising you what the risks/benefits to you are. Since you have a short fuse, don't delay in having that consultation with an experienced employment litigation attorney. You can seek one from the appropriate practice panel on this site, or elsewhere.
