Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

sexual abuse and harrassment

im not american and i used to live in another country where i met a very important american perosn who works with prince he told me to get better life and .... but when i discovered that he is gay and is after sex only i refused but he kept threaten me and offering me money till i went with him ... he threat me that he will destroy my life and will throw me me in jail without any body knows about me ... he used his position to let me make sex with him ... he let me feel like a hore and i want sue him in usa if i can bcause in that country i cant say one word first because he will destroy me and second becasue in that country they will not let me speak or tell that the advisor of imortant prince is a gay ...

plz tell me if i can sue him in america and if i can and what is my chances to win ??

If he is in California, or some other US state, you could sue him there. You will need more than your unsupported word to prove a case. You need witnesses, documents, or something to corroborate your story. Feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and evidence available.
