Sexual Harrasment Claims and How To Overcome Them

if someone took a neice in to their home because her parents are alcoholics and she has no friends where they live and she hates it and wants to live with you so you take her in and then she says you sexually harras her by exposing yourself and showing her pornography on your computer what would your options be. keep in mind you have not been arrested yet or formally charged but what do you need to start doing? and if it goes tocourt and you win and they find you not guilty can you sue the parents of the child who made the false claim?

The potential charges are very serious. If you are contacted by the police you should not talk them without a lawyer present. Sometimes the police will have the minor call you to talk about the situation and try to get you to make an admission about the events and the police will be listening in. You should consult with an attorney to discuss your options.
