Shop lefting chrg
I have shop lefting charge that is over 20 yrs old, how do i go about emoving that from my record?

First you search whether it is even there. I had a similar case, about 20 years old, where there was not a shred of evidence of the case either at the court or at the Department of Justice in Sacramento. If the record of the case exists, then you petition for expungement.

By expungement, which will allow you to say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications. Contact if interested in doing so.
