Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Signature Forgery

A bonding company placed a lien against my house with a trust of deed note that was forged. When I try to address the issue everyone want to say that we first have to figure out what is owed the bonding company. Isn't it illegal to forge my signature on this lien? I would like to sue the Bonding Company for Forgery, where should I start?

Re: Signature Forgery

If you did not sign the document, you should be able to prove the signature is forged by an expert in documents, or other evidence. You could then bring legal action to clear the title, and for damages you have been caused. Call me to discuss further 714-960-7584
