charge for skipping court ordered halfway house if not caught after 3 years. On three year formal probation

On being caught anywhere, anytime in the future, return to jail to serve entire term of original sentence.
You/he would be well advised to hire counsel to negotiate a resolution based upon voluntary turn-in at court. Feel free to contact me if serious about it, and it is in SoCal courts.
