Under the facts submitted, causes of action for defamation and invasion of privacy (false light) would be the appropriate remedy. For a free consultation, contact us directly.

Your recorse is civil lawsuit for slander and related causes of action. IF, IF you can prove the statements are made, are false, and are harming you, then such case could be of value, IF the person has any assets to recover against. At the minimum, an attorney could write a threat letter that should stop the conduct and set the record straight. Contact me if interested in either option.
