Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I sold my business and part of it was to give the buyer my e-mail address. At the time I was in the process of dying and missed the e-mail part. The buyer hi-jacked my e-mail address without warning and there was some attorney-client information there. Is that legal?

It probably is not 'proper' or ethical, but your attorney whose communications were involved is the person you should be talking to about this.
