Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My son has been bound over to Superior Court. He was Pro Per during these proceedings. We now realize we need some legal guidance for him to represent himself properly. His family is willing and able to prepare briefs, file motions and do whatever is necessary to prepare for his case. BUT WE NEED LEGAL ADVICE. I know there is someone out there that can help me. I am not rich but we will pay for someone to represent him in court but someone that is familiar with his case and is as zealous as we are about representing my son properly....because we have a very solid case.

So my question is: Is there a Pro Bono firm that will assist us in telling us what motions to file and when to file them. Someone that will talk with my son or just talk with me and help us to develop a strategy to win this case?

Criminal defendants receive 'Pro Bono' legal representation from the Public Defender; that's what they do with all our tax money. If, instead, you're serious about hiring counsel to represent him, feel free to contact me. However, that is not an offer to sell 'advice' or 'guidance' without actually representing him in court. I believe that would be extremely unwise for both the attorney and the client.
