Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My son was charged in California with a PC245 (A) (1) and PC 422 he has mental issues what can be done to help the courts understand whats going on with him

His attorney will have to present psychiatrist reports and testimony, among other things. Talk to the attorney and offer to help.
