Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My son is in jail but he has 2 cases that are No Bail and 1 case that has a Bail amount but he was told a release date Will he be released on that date or does e have to go to court before being released .

He can not be released until he appears on each the no bail cases and obtains a change to a bail amount he can then post.
