my son was picked up by detectives an taken to the station he was told he was be questioned about a 211 he did admit to driving the car there is a witness in this case but the witnessed didnt not point him out whats the worse that culd happend

Conviction and prison.

Sounds like he admitted the offense, they wouldn't need witnesses.
