Hire a lawyer and a bail bonds person, and face the music.
By going to court with your attorney and turning yourself in and submitting to the jurisdiction of the court. Your goal is to get the arrest warrant recalled, and then your attorney will negotiate a plea bargain with the DA and judge on the warrant and on the original charges, or will set the matter for trial. Doing this voluntarily before being arrested and brought in handcuffed in an orange jump suit will make the outcome a lot better. I'm surprised you've gone this long without arrest. It actually helps, by showing you haven't gotten in trouble in a long time. If the court is in SoCal, and if you're serious about hiring counsel for this, feel free to contact me.
