When I was 21 years old I got caught shop lifting with merchandise equaling to about $100. How can I get this off my record?

By trying to expunge the conviction through appropriate motion to the court. If successful, then you get to say 'no' to conviction questions on employment applications. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
