Spouse & co-def.all charged forPC209,12021.A1,186.22 ,211
My husband while needing a ride home co-defendants were all charged with these charges. The so-called person is a known drug addict and soliciter. She was knows one of the def.'s and that's why this person was there. Person had a warrant for 1st degree robbery and there for when pulled over began to cry wolf. Now is it possible to attack her credibility when I spoke and asked to know if it were true, person was so out of it. I believe person has a deal to have them go under and person will be let go free. There is no evidence!!! Just persons word. But is not credible will this work? PD says they'll get a deal for 15 yrs is this true? When people had prior to that day seen her with one of the co-def.? What can I do?? Please help?

You should be directing these questions to your PD, who has the info on the case needed to answer you. If you are interested in hiring private counsel, call. 714-960-7584

Has your husband been formally charged? Is he out on bail? How much is his bail? When is his court date? Has he ever been arrested before? Please contact my office at 310/277-1707 to discuss your options.
Sincerely,
Lawrence Wolf, Esq.
