can a spouse who I am seperated from open mail addressed only to me if it comes to the house and I no longer live there? California

CAN anybody do whatever they like?
Sure.
Should she?
No.
But unless you intend to make, and think you can prove, a criminal complaint, your real remedy is a change of address form to the post office.
