spousel abuse

Girlfriend got hurt about 4-5 days ago . We got into a argument two days ago so she called the police and said that I kicked her in the butt.2-3 days before .can she try to press charges after the supposed incident.

If I were you, I'd expect to be arrested. Get yourself a criminal defense attorney if so.

Of course she can press charges. I have represented defendants in domestic violence/battery cases where the alleged victim lied. Happens more often than most people think.

Be good to your girlfriend. Hopefully she will not press charges.

Yes domestic violence charges may be filed against you. An emergency restraining order may have been issued if there were any bruises.
