If a state correctional facility went against a court order. Doesn't it make a plea bargain null and void?

Any complaint you have regarding such things would be made through a motion to the court by your attorney, or possibly an appeal or writ. IF there are grounds to withdraw the plea bargain, he can attempt to do so, as long as you are willing to take the risks associated with that, meaning no new bargain, going to trial, and risking full term sentencing if you lose at trial.
