is there a statute of limmitation on a felony bench warrent for falure to appear

There is no statute of limitation, but I would recommend going in to take care of this ASAP. And I would recommend having an attorney.

There is no limitation. I recommend you hire an attorney and handle the matter. It is far better to handle it on your terms than to have a warrant served on you at some unknown time and place. Based on my experience with past clients, if you wait it will always strike at the most inconvenient time.
