Either you're the defendant, or his ex-girlfriend.

If you're the defendant, you can be charged with violation of probation at any time until your probation is completed. Not going to DUI classes would normally result in a violation.

The DUI, battery, and DV charges would in all likelihood be filed, if they are not rejected by the DA, within a couple of months after the alleged crimes. Anything significantly longer than that would impair the defendant's right to a speedy trial even if techinically within the statute of limitations. Certainly the DA is not going to ignore a charge of battery on a police officer.

If you're saying there is an arrest warrant for you because you violated probation terms, there is no 'statute'. Warrants are forever. Go deal with it responsibly and voluntarily now, or face being arrested and transported to court in cuffs some day. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting counsel to help you do so.

If you're saying you think charges might be filed against you, then in general the prosecutor has 4 years to bring charges, maybe more, depending upon the actual charges.
