Warrants do not have statute of limitations. they apply to new cases which have been filed later than they should have been. Unless the Court recalls the warrant it remains outstanding indefinitely.

Warrants are forever. If this is in CA, depending on the underlying reason for the warrant or crime, you may be able to take care of it without appearing in CA by hiring a CA attorney.

Good Luck.

Warrants are forever. Deal with it, by going to that court and dealing with the original charges. Take an attorney to help keep you out of jail.

Warrants are forever. Unless the subject takes care of a warrant, it will remain until she is apprehended, surrenders or dies.

Warrants never expire and it is always advisable to take care of them proactively rather than wait to be arrested and taken in front of the court involuntarily. Warrants inevitably catch up with you.

I would call a few lawyers to see what can be done about your specific situation.
