statue of limitations
i have a friend who got 150 days for non violent feonies, due to report to jail next month, however if he doesn't show up and they issue a warrant, how long is the warrent good for , ? what is the statue of limits on the warrant, (if he left the country and wasn;t found )

warrants are forever. He either turns himself in, or he'll end up taken away in cuffs if ever stopped by police. He can't come back to the US without being arrested. His solution is to have an attorney appear in court and make 'turn in' arrangements for him. Have him contact me if interested in doing so.

Untill he is arrested or otherwise surrenders to take care of the underlying matter.

On the lam is forever. Unless you are Rich and get a pardon.

Warrants are forever. It will remain in effect until your friend is captured, surrenders or dies.
