my girlfriend thinks she may have a warrant and was curious if she never appeared in court after her arrest and was moved, can she still be arrested and serve time for a felony?

Re: statue of limitations

Warrants are forever. She should deal with it to avoid being taken away in handcuffs if ever stopped for a ticket or other reason coming in contact with law enforcement. If the court is in SoCal, contact me if interested in getting representation that can minimize the penalties, fines and jail time she may be facing.
