Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Is there a stature of limitations on fraud committed in a Court case? I lied to the Court and had my ex incarcerated. They are now threatening to report the incidents to the Attorney General and district attorney. I'm scared.

There is no 'fraud' in court testimony. There are the crimes of 'perjury' and 'false police report', among others, which is what they are threatening. Since they are threatening you, they obviously believe they are within any statute of limitations. You would be well advised to promptly hire an experienced criminal defense attorney to represent you before such decisions are made by authorities.
