No. They can remain in effect indefinitely.

Generally, a bench warrant is issued until an arrest is made or something occurs to justify recalling the warrant. However they can remain outstanding and there is no statute of limitations which demands they be recalled because of the passage of time. I know of situations where the situation has been resolved and for some reason or another the warrant was never revoked or recalled and a person has been subject to arrest for something that has been cleared up.
