my boyfriend has a stay away order from me as a stipulation of his probation and I would like to know what I need to do to have it lifted.

Re: stay away orders
Thank you for your posting. The exact procedure depends on which court your boyfriend's case is out of, but in most courts you must go to a number of personal empowerment classes, or show counseling, or a minimum amount of time, before you are eligible to appear in the clerk's office, and ask to see a judge to have the order lifted.
You can have an attorney guide you through this process if you wish, and if you have any other questions, feel free to email me at [email protected] -- it's my pleasure to help in any way that I can.
Re: stay away orders
The court has to modify the order per a properly filed motion, supported by appropriate documents and facts to justify it. It will take substantial support and effort to accomplish it. You'll need experienced counsel. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing it right.
