Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

While staying with my step mother i took her car without permission went to my boyfriends house where the two passenger windows got broken out by vandeals she accused me im being charged with grand theft auto vandelism and stolen property. whats going to probably happen to me? i have no record at all!!!! retired correctional officer

Mr Gibbs gave the only good advice possible, except I will add that you should not be 'confessing' to the crime by admitting your wrongdoing here in the facts. Discuss the case only with your attorney. Prosecutors routinely search social media and web postings for such confessions, and use them in court regularly.
