Stimulated weapons

My husband just got out of prison on Dec 14,06 and the sheriff's did a parole sweep. They found a stimulated weapon ''a play gun''which belongs to his nephew and now he has no clue if they can give him any time or do w need a laywer? please let me know what to do? Thank you Priscilla

If he is charged with parole violation, or with a crime of 'possession of weapon', yes, he will need a lawyer. He can call me for help if that happens. Whether they charge him or not is up to the DA.

Yes he needs a lawyer at the parole hearing (and if charges are filed)...Board hearings are difficult due to the level of proof required...just about none...and the sentecing discretion of the board...whatever they want.
