Rap sheets are very unpredictable and not very trustworthy so it may show anything or nothing. But at this point it probably shows an arrest but not a conviction. After your diversion is over it may show that you were diverted and the diversion was completed. But it still may just show an arrest. Neither now nor later should it show a conviction which is the only thing that should be held against you. If you really want to know what it shows go to the records department of the local police department and ask for a copy of your rap sheet.

You have an arrest on your record, forever. If the charges are dismissed without conviction at the end of 6 months, then you will not have one of those on your record.
