One strike felon

Will i ever be eligible to have my rocord sealed or expunged even though i have a strike? The offense was burglary

Yes. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting it done. Understand though, that expungement won't make it magically disappear. It is still there, 'corrected' to show it was 'conviction subsequently expunged and dismissed'.

It depends on whether you went to state prison or got probation. If you went to state prison, then you are not eligible. If you got probation and completed it successfully, then you should be.
