Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a strike in 1987 I took a plea deal doe 192)c)(1) vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence I was not intoxicated. Is that still a strike or not?

You already said it was a strike. If a felony [strike] is what the record shows, then that is what it is.
