Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Subpoena
I was subpoenaed to be a witness by the prosecutor, what do I do if I don't want to go to the court (for whatever reason), is there a legal way to get out of it, and what will happen if I don't show up in court?

Re: Subpoena
If you don't show, you risk arrest. Call the prosecutor and discuss.
