Supervised Own Recognisance Bail
Should I have been required to check in with a probabion officer during interim between my arrest and arraignment and be subject to urine testing if I was not, nor ever have been, on probation or convicted of any drug related misdemeanors?

The court can make this a part of the requirements for you to be released on OR. Depending upon the charges listed at the time of the arrest this would not be an uncommon requirement.
