Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Supplying Minors W/ Alcohol

Five 14 to 16 year old girls were walking home from a high school football game that they had attended at the local university stadium. They were approached by three college football players from the university. After telling the men their ages, the men showed a lack of concern about the girls being underaged and then took the girls to their dorm room and supplied the five underaged girls with excessive amounts of alcohol. The girls became enebriated and were allowed to leave after drinking dangerously high quantities of alcohol. After leaving, two of the girls were sent to the hospital, one in an ambulance having almost died, suffering from alcohol poisoning. The police filed no report against the men, what can be done to them to ensure that they will not do this again and how can this be brought to the university so that the university can take action against the three men?

Re: Supplying Minors W/ Alcohol

If the girls can identify the students, they can sue them and possibly their parents [if the students are under 18]. The girls may also be able to sue the school, if it had notice of the problem. This is a serious issue. Contact me if the girls are interested in discussing such a case.
