Taking the rap-can a 2 time convicted felon get prop 36?
I was recently arrested for possesion of a controlled substance and paraphanelia. My freind who was with me was cited for the paraphanelia as well. He is a 2 time convicted felon and both charges were his, if he is willing to own up to them (on his own free will)can he get proposition 36?

Probably not, if priors were drug related. His admission doesn't necessarily mean your charges would be dropped. If interested in retaining counsel for defense, contact me.
