How do I terminate a criminal protective order against my husband that was filed by the D.A.s office without my knowledge. My husband is currently in custody.

By filing an appropriate motion with the issuing court, showing legal good cause and facts sufficient to convince a judge to do so. Statistically unlikely to happen, but you can try.
