Theft of Services

I had a motorhome washed in the area and they did a very bad job which required the vehicle be completely rewashed. The manager became very agitated and told be I would have to pay the full amount anyway. So I left6 without paying him.

And your question is?

Go to court and defend the charges, or hire an attorney to represent you. Luckily for you, it is not a major felony, with little likelihood of jail time, but you will surely end up paying a LOT more now than the price of the wash. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal counsel in this. It may be possible to negotiate a formal civil compromise with the victim that the court will accept.
