Sure. They are the same laws that protect everyone from being convicted of a felony. Equal protection of the law, you know. If you don't want to be convicted of a felony, a good first step would be to call a lawyer.

There is no preferential treatment or laws that immunize someone from prosecution simply because they are a veteran. If that were true, Timothy McVeigh would not have been convicted and executed for his crimes.
