At least 3 years for each felony charge upon conviction, subject to enhancement of sentence for aggravating circumstances, if you have no priors. With one prior 'strike', everything doubles. With two prior strikes, you're looking at 25-to-life. Sounds like time to get a good attorney, if you can afford one. If so, and if this is in SoCal, feel free to contact me.
